THE FRAMEWORK
I have created and built a universal problem solving system to help people generate solutions for relational conflict.
This system, what I call The Framework, is a collection of principles, communication tools, thinking tools, logic, and philosophy that integrates into a practical, easy to apply, and consistent approach for sustainable satisfaction in relationships of all kinds.
A Different Approach
Different isn’t always better, but better is always different. I find a lot of flaw in traditional psychotherapy, and one reason is that it rarely produces sustainable results and takes too much time.
You Have Options
Whether you choose therapy or consulting, you will learn to apply The Framework to address the true sources of problems and be able to consistently replicate solution-focused approaches to achieve sustainable results.
Effective Method
For therapy or consulting to be truly effective, we have to learn and build skills and become students first, then apply those skills in the wild in real time. No one teaches us how to do this and yet everything in life is all about relationships. Time to fix that and learn how to be really good in all your relationships.
Struggles with depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma are very often tied to relationships, and we have a relationship with ourselves, with others, and even with abstractions like food, exercise, diagnostic conditions. Learning to effectively manage relationships means reducing these symptoms and functioning optimally.
“Relationships are all about the rules, and conflicts in relationships are all disputes regarding those rules. Learn to use the Framework to write better rules for better relationships.”
